Nuoren neitosen huone - Young Girl's Bedroom

Vaihdamme pikkuisessa kodissamme huonejärjestystä. Esikoinen haluaa pienen makuuhuoneen (jossa minä, mies ja kuopus ennen nukuimme) ja me muutamme hänen suurempaan makuuhuoneeseena. Luovun pikkumakkarista hieman haikeana, koska se on mielestäni niin ihana. Muutama vuosi sitten laitetut tapetit ovat edelleen hyväkuntoiset. Onneksi tytär piti niistä, joten niitä ei tarvinnut vaihtaa. Ostin hänelle uuden sängyn, verhot, lampun ja liinavaatteita. Huoneesta tuli kivannäköinen. Pikkumies tunsi itsensä varmasti tärkeäksi auttaessaan isäänsä sängynkokoamisessa.

My daughter wanted to have our old and small bedroom. We decided to change rooms and we moved to her old and bigger bedroom. I felt a little bit sad since I really have loved our bedroom. The tapestry was still in good shape and my daughter likes it, so we didn't need to change it. I bought her a new bed, new curtains, a new lamp and some bedclothes. We think that the room looks really lovely now. The little guy must have felt himself important while he was helping his dad to piece together the bed.
